Once the MOTO transaction of the credit card payment has been approved or the bank deposit has been confirmed and the item/s is/are available, we will immediately dispatched the item/s to the delivery address you have provided. Orders are normally dispatched on the next business day following the day they were processed. Items shall be delivered within 5-10 working days after approval for provincial, 2-4 working days for Manila. The cardholder's representative or recipient may also receive the items on his/her behalf, as long as he/she is able to present the Authorization Letter signed by the Card¬holder, Cardholder's ID, or proper identification of the recipient or representative. We deliver your orders through Aboitiz 2GO courier or by any other private courier and delivery services. Our system will automatically determine which of these couriers will deliver your orders based on coverage area.
